Wow! On June 12, 1965 I became Mrs. Donald Weaver!! 46 years ago!! It's just amazing that I have been married to such an Amazing man for that many years. The one and only!! He is my best buddy and a friend. We have had many wonderful years and lots of laughter. But, most of all the reason behind this wonderful marriage, is the Lord Jesus Christ! Without Him we could not survive!! The Bible teaches that a man (and woman) should leave their father and mother and should cleave unto his wife and the wife to her husband!! Don has been the head of our home for these 46 years and I have been his helpmeet! (Just as it should be.) God is so good to allow us to be with each other for this length of time. We only pray that we can have many more years together!!! You may say that no marriage is perfect, but then I say it can be if the Lord is the center!! If both of us put Christ first, then we are in a very special place, right next to Jesus!!He can give you a joyful 46 years, too!!!! Have a great day!!!
